Arrival & Departure
During the main holiday season (April-October) holidays are Friday-Friday.
The property is available from 4.00pm on day of arrival until 10.00am on day of departure.
Linen
All bed linen, t-towels, washing up liquid etc included in price.
Electricity
Electricity is by way of £1 coin meter (£10 credit provided). Electric heaters with timers are in all rooms with underfloor heating in porch.
**Our bungalow is double glazed, insulated and heated throughout and are suitable for all year round holidays**
Parking
Private parking space just outside the grounds.
Pets
Due to allergies, we do not accept dogs - sorry!
Bed guard, Travel Cot & High Chair
Available on request (no charge).

A deposit of 30% of cost of holiday is due following reservation. The balance is due and should be paid 8 weeks before arrival.
You can pay by bank transfer.
Bookings and receipt of monies will be confirmed in writing to you, together with arrangements for collection of keys on arrival.
